Mr. Marranca leads a growing corporate team of project management, scientific, engineering, safety, and  administrative professionals together with an outstanding roster of project site supervisors, heavy equipment operators, and project labor. Todd M. White

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. White, Chief Operating Officer, experience includes executive oversight of company operations including finance, contract review/negotiations, company structure, budgeting, performance, human resources, health and safety, and marketing. With a technical background in hydrogeology, Mr. White has over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry; including practical experience, both in the field implementing remedial work plans and as a Senior Project Manager.

Craig Wilson

Chief Estimator/ Senior Project Manager

Mr. Wilson, Chief Estimator has 23 years of industry specific experience successfully completing complex environmental remediation projects. Mr. Wilson has expertise in wetlands construction, sediment removal/stabilization, dredging and manufactured gas plant sites. Mr. Wilson is driven to manage costs and establish strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships. He has superior estimating, risk  assessment, proposal preparation, and work plan development and implementation.

Bradley C. Shumaker

Health & Safety Director

Mr. Shumaker, Health & Safety Director, has broad experience in the environmental contracting nd construction industry. Mr. Shumaker has extensive knowledge of hazard/risk analysis to
apply EPA, OSHA, NFPA regulations to address moderate to highly complex health/safety issues. With years of hands on experience as a site supervisor and site health officer he brings practical experience to the JSS Health and Safety Program. Mr. Shumaker has an extensive operations background managing personnel, assets, and regulatory compliance.
