Todd M. White – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. White’s experience includes executive oversight of company operations including finance, contract review/negotiations, company structure, budgeting, performance, human resources, health and safety, and marketing. With a technical background in hydrogeology, Mr. White has over 24 years of experience in the environmental industry; including practical experience, both in the field implementing remedial work plans and as a Senior Project Manager.
Karen Lowthian – Administrative Assistant/Marketing Support
Ms. Lowthian provides support to the JSS Business Development and Estimating staff. Ms. Lowthian assists in developing and maintaining marketing materials such as statement of qualifications, professional resumes, and project experiences. Additionally, she coordinates trade show details, marketing events, and procures promotional products.
Terry T. Neering – Business Development
Mr. Neering has over 20 years in the environmental sales industry with experience in the underground storage tank, pipeline, due diligence, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment markets. Mr. Neering has a proven track record of sales and follow-up activities which result in a broad base of both new and repeat environmental clients.
Craig Wilson – Chief Estimator/Sr. Project Manager
Mr. Wilson has 23 years of industry specific experience successfully completing complex environmental remediation projects. Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in dredging, manufactured gas plant sites, and sediment removal/stabilization. Mr. Wilson is driven to manage costs and establish strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects that are on time and within budget. He has superior estimating, risk assessment, proposal preparation, and work plan development and implementation skills.
